Wonder Girl 2022 Annual features two deeply engaging stories told by Joelle Jones and co-writer Douglas Marques, two stories about loss and consequences, one focused on her friend, the winged horse Jerry, and the other on a fearsome and bloodthirsty enemy, Cuca . we dove deeper and deeper into the main story, deeper and deeper into Brazilian Myths and Folklore, with this annual basically building on and building on Yara Flor’s more and more.
The art is beautiful !!!
Each of these artists does a good job: Emi Lenox, Adriano Melo, Sweeney Boo, Ben Dewey, Colors: Jordie Bellaire.
FINAL THOUGHTS:
Wonder Girl 2022 Annual is worthy of a great note. Yara’s journey is still fascinating to watch. Great mythology research, two great origin stories, incredible battles, multiple artists!

- The story really is good.
- The artists are very good, but the different styles lead to a lack of continuity.
